Ken Soper
Ken is a NBCC Certified Counselor (N.C.C.) and Career Counselor (N.C.C.C.), a Certified Career Development
Facilitator Instructor, and is one of the first world-wide to be certified a Master Career
Counselor (M.C.C.), recognized for his expertise and skills by the National Career Development Association
(NCDA).
Ken has been a Career Services Officer at several
Midwest colleges and been working in career counseling and work search coaching
since 1979, serving individuals age 13 to 79+ in a variety of settings. He is also a 1979 graduate of Richard
Bolles internationally acclaimed Life/Work Planning workshop, and is listed annually in
Richard Bolles' all-time best-selling book on job hunting and career changing, What Color Is Your Parachute?
Ken earned a MA from Ball State University emphasizing Career Counseling & Human Resources, a MDiv from
Gordon-Conwell Theological Seminary, and a BA in History & Business from Taylor
University.
